Subconscious Creativity

There seems to be a recurrency in usual environments where people who would multitask are sometimes praised. I've seen it instinctively being done when pressure occured, as it feels like an usual act from our complex moments in life, while we are merely trying to keep up with external demands. It's driven by outside factors however I have yet to see a post factum analysis on the benefits, as clearly there is a lack of added-value in task switching. It's factual throughout time that we enjoy feeling overwhelmed, however easily satisfied by partial completion. It begins with standardisation, as every single aspect of our early life is marked and tested, where it's in human nature to find performance measures for anything. We are not able to recognise life unless we determine the relationship between the impact and the stimulation on our own behaviour. And even when that happens, we easily digress and opt to substitute.

There are of course subtle aspects which derive from psychological trends but ultimately multitasking is not efficient unless we do find some continous flow of self-awareness, a natural way of using the subconscious mind. And this is yet to be fully embraced by an individual. Should the human mind be focused enough, there might be no need to reinforce past experiences or to reflect on suggestions. You would be able to act upon pressure without feeling powerless. There is not only energy and passion to consider, but also the mindset which will embrace all your actions and the ability to counteract. And this is where the actual element takes shape as you will have, without doubt, self-conscious emotions and most likely use your own standards to align yourself with the environment. Unfortunately this is a clear recoil path whenever your set of values are not being met by your counterparts. Business or life, that is a clear sign to reflect on your mindset, to change or master it.

We do have partial or increased ability to draw energies from our subconscious mind and there we may find some balance. Everyone presumably experienced this through various aspects of life. Try to embrace mind mapping, visualise concepts however think sequential and follow a simultaneous interaction of thoughts. This should enhance creativity in all of its aspects. It's important to devote continuous attention to your actions and firmly reject the inhibitors. You might feel unstructured at first but if you remind yourself of the action, the subconscious background will be shifting or altering, thus finding a balance in the end. It may take practice, may even feel like dreaming of a symphony while you never liked classical music. You will not be in control however the results might be spectacular.
